Here are 3 reasons to have a Project Manager on this type of project:
- Elevator code mandates electrical and fire alarm work on most modernizations (maybe mechanical too) – we coordinate this work and required sub-consultants.
- Building Permits are required by the Owner (when doing fire alarm work) – we prepare and submit this for the Owner.
- Have a full specification written to include all contractual and legal obligations.
