Maintenance Contracts

Maintenance specifications and contracts are tailored to your requirements and designed to provide protection and quality assurance for our clients. These contracts can range from a single unit, to multiple building maintenance packages.  We aim to secure the best price and most appropriate contractor for each unique client and property.

Following the creation of the new contract and selection of the maintenance contractor, we review the vertical transportation equipment yearly.  This review includes comments on compliance with the contract specifications of the maintenance being performed on the equipment, to identify areas of concern prior to the end of the contract term.

Additionally, we can provide a full maintenance management program with quarterly meetings and ongoing maintenance assistance with contractor invoices, recommendations for equipment, and any other issues that come up over the contract term.
