The Office Administrator/ Document Coordinator supports the office in running smoothly and embodies effectiveness and efficiency through the utilization and reinforcement of GUNN best practices, reports, database management, templates and tracking systems.

In this role, a typical day at GUNN would include:

  • Answering phones, routing all communication in and out of the office
  • Coordination and tracking of project documentation and deadlines, schedules

  • Document review/editing
