Where did you grow up and why aren’t you there now?
I was born and raised in Jersey, the Channel Islands. Jersey is the largest of the five Channel Islands, in the English Channel. At forty five square miles, Jersey is known for its beaches, cliffside walking trails, inland valleys and historic castles. After university I moved to Whistler for a working holiday, where I first fell in love with BC!
What would be impossible for you to give up?
The outdoors! Whether it be skiing, hiking, camping, cycling, or swimming – I just love to be outdoors! I spend my weekends exploring BC – this is home now.
If you weren’t doing what you do today, what other job would you have?
I would be a Florist! I worked briefly as Florist in Queenstown, New Zealand, and I loved it. When I am not outdoors, I am being creative.

Sarah joined GUNN in 2019 and serves as the company’s Media Specialist. She is responsible for cab interior design, content creation, and graphic design, bringing a cohesive visual identity to both physical and digital spaces. In addition to her design work, Sarah manages GUNN’s social media presence and designs all templates for external and internal communication and presentations, ensuring brand consistency across platforms. A graduate of Leeds Metropolitan University and a student at Emily Carr University, BCIT, and UBC, Sarah blends creative insight with technical expertise. Her diverse background supports her work on projects across Canada, including residential mixed-use developments, commercial spaces, and institutional buildings.
