What would be impossible for you to give up?

My house. Because this is my comfort zone. When I’m here, it feels like everything’s going to be okay no matter how messy things go. I also love the neighborhood here, so the place is perfect for me. Also, I’ve dreamed about having my own house for so many years.

If you weren’t doing what you do today, what other job would you have?

If I wasn’t doing what I am doing today, I think I’d be working in real estate again. I really loved working in real estate, especially in the Finance Department.  Aside from that, I also got the chance to visit some of the properties built by my previous employer. I love seeing new condominiums and houses being built.

In your work or creative process, what concepts ae sacred? Which rules have you made, which ones do you follow?

At work and personally, there are two things that I always live by:
Being attentive to details – I always take my time to review everything I do instead of rushing and risking mistakes. I believe that prevention is easier than a remedy.
Being cautious – Don’t assume unless it’s documented or you’ve seen it for yourself.
