What “lesson from mom” do you still live by today?
My mom always taught me to be the best, or try as hard as I possibly can to be the best, at whatever I do. That standard of excellence drives my work ethic and ensures I never deliver half-measures to a client.
Where did you grow up and why aren’t you there now?
I grew up moving internationally every 8 to 10 years, which exposed me to diverse cultures and taught me to adapt quickly to new environments. I eventually relocated from Italy to Canada to join my family while focusing on urban infrastructure, a career path where navigating complex, multi-layered challenges perfectly utilize that adaptive, global perspective.
What are you most passionate about professionally? What most excites you about your work & the contribution you can make?
Professionally, I am a dedicated, systematic problem solver who thrives on data-backed execution. I have a knack for identifying hidden technical issues and streamlining project variables. I am most passionate about tackling and finding solutions to highly complex technical problems. What excites me most is transforming an unreliable, complicated system into a smoothly running piece of automation.
