Hannah Burke

How did you arrive at GUNN? What path brought you here?

I am a proud Irish! Born and raised in Dublin. I am currently in Vancouver because I always had a passion to travel. I completed a 3-year Bachelor Degree in Tourism and Management and believe that’s where I got my drive. Canada was always another world to me, and it still amazes me everyday. I fell in love with the people, the city, and the views. One year on and I look forward to seeing more of Canada’s amazing scenery.

What are you most passionate about professionally? What excites you about your work & the contribution you can make?

I love making new connections and expanding my knowledge through teamwork. This is a core value at GUNN and I love it. I am a people person first and foremost! Before my move to Canada I worked in the treasury department of an Irish bank, this gave me a huge interest in working in finance.

What are you passionate about personally?

Music is a huge passion of mine. I grew up listening to my dad’s music and never stopped. From Pink Floyd to David Gray. You could catch me going to every concert possible, it’s a beautiful thing to appreciate all genres!
