How did you arrive at GUNN? What path brought you here?
I am a lifelong elevator professional – it’s in my blood! My father was in the elevator business for over 40 years – it’s what I know. GUNN represents my ideal place to work in this industry, as I get to help navigate clients everyday through their journey in vertical transportation.
What’s the most unusual place you have visited?
The mechanical rooms of the CN Tower. For a building geek like me it was very interesting. I spent a lot of time their early on in my career. To slow down the elevators when it was windy, there was a pendulum in a 5 gallon bucket.
Any volunteer activities and/or non-profits you love & why?
Coaching baseball – I have done it for almost 15 years now! It’s been great to watch my girls advance in the skill over the years and slowly fall in love with the sport.

Devin has been with GUNN since 2025. He has 25 years’ experience in the vertical transportation industry. His career began as a field supervisor in New Construction and Modernization. With experience in project management, inspections, business development and the technical field, Devin’s most recent role was Director at one of the largest independent elevator companies in Ontario. Devin is Branch Manager - Toronto at GUNN and oversees all operations throughout Ontario.
