How did you arrive at GUNN? What path brought you here?

I worked at an accounting firm for 5 years before I joined the GUNN team. I started my career there as a receptionist and transitioned gradually to my parting role as senior administrator. I learned a lot from my mentors in my time there and I am grateful for those skills that I carry with me every day. Ultimately, I was eager to explore a new industry and challenge myself to try something new. What better yet than elevators, right? Every day I am learning something new and collaborating with talented colleagues. I am thrilled to be a part of the team!

Who is your hero? And why?

My mom is my hero in more ways than one. She changed her profession when I was young to offer my family a better life. She put herself through school, while working a full-time job and raising my sister and I. She changed industries and really stepped out of her comfort zone to achieve a new career. I look up to her perseverance and like to think I follow in her ambitious footsteps.

Do you have a pet? If so, tell me about it.

I have 3 French bull dogs. Each of them have very different personalities and an equal love for attention. I think I need to grow another hand to keep up with the belly rub demands.
